  • Mac’s Safe Ride – 518-304-3282 – “Servicing all of Tupper Lake Friday and Saturday Nights from 8pm-3am”. MAC’s Safe Ride Continued will provide transportation services in and around the rural community of Tupper Lake, New York in an effort to reduce the occurrence of drunk driving and driving while impaired, for the benefit of drivers and the public at large. The transportation service will be made available to and for the benefit of any members of the general population in need of such a ride, free of charge and without discrimination of any kind. “We’re not a taxi service,” Smith said. “We’re only here to give you a safe ride home; that’s our only concern. If we can save one life out of doing this, we’ve done something.”

  • Mango Languages is an online language and culture learning resource that offers access to over 70 foreign languages and 21 English courses taught completely in the user’s native language. In addition to traditional language courses, Mango also offers the opportunity to learn through foreign film with MangoPremiere and access to a variety of specialty mini courses, like Pirate, Medical Spanish, and romance courses. Mango can be accessed at the library, remotely, or even on-the-go with apps for iPhone, Android, Kindle and Nook.   1. I really enjoyed the library very much but I left my rain coat, dark blue there, hope to come back through at the end of the month June 2015 and redeem it. My bad. TS
