Know the 10 Signs: A workshop presented by the Alzheimer’s Association

Join us on January 30th for “Know the 10 Signs: A workshop presented by the Alzheimer’s Association.” The warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease are often dismissed as inevitable parts of normal aging. If you or someone you know is experiencing memory loss or behavioral changes, it’s time to learn the facts. Early detection is the key to improving quality of life for anyone affected by memory impairment. Attend this interactive workshop to learn the 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer’s disease where we separate myth from reality and address commonly-held fears about Alzheimer’s and dementia. Hear from people who have the disease and find out how to recognize the signs in yourself and others. Appropriate Audience – Anyone who is interested in learning the warning signs of Alzheimer’s, and a little information about Alzheimer’s disease. For more information or to register for this program, contact Tonya Garmley at 518-867-4999 ext. 200. Meet in our Community Room at 11:00 AM.
