What’s mushing all about?

Have you ever wondered what mushing is? What’s an Iditarod and how do you do it?

We have a couple of teens who have been on several mushing adventures in Alaska! Come and hear Andy Noble and Alea Robinson (brother and sister who live in Alaska), and meet one of their lead dogs, Ninja, for a fun presentation about dog mushing, Iditarods, and their experiences on the trail. Join us on July 31st in the library’s Community Room at 7:00 pm, and learn how and why Andy and Alea got into dog racing, meet Ninja, and see pictures of their adventures.

Update: We had a great time learning from Alea and Andy! You can see a few pictures of their presentation here.
